I started in the insurance business paying medical claims. I moved up to manage a customer service and claims department and since most of the problems start in the sale of benefits, I obtained my agents license and became an account manager.

I transferred to an ancillary carrier and increased my knowledge of ancillary lines. From there, I decided to go back on the brokers side of the business working with group clients and individual clients. I have a bachelors degree in science from The Univerisity of Michigan and I'm a proud member of NABIP (National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals)
